Before each scheduled appointment with me, you will receive a reminder via SMS text 24 hours in advance of your appointment, and an email reminder with the Zoom link within 24 hours of the appointment. Please confirm your attendance either by reply text or email.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email, text or call (306) 961-7342 to make alternate arrangements. I require 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide this advance notice will constitute a charge of the full fee ($153) for the missed appointment or a charge of $75 for a late cancellation with no extenuating circumstances.

 

This policy exists because of the difficulty in filling last minute appointments.  I take great care to schedule your time so that you have my full attention and never double-book appointments.  When you arrive for your appointment, I am ready to serve you.  Of course, there are circumstances that can be considered in the rare cases of extreme illness or emergency.  In those cases, I will happily reschedule your appointment. 

 

If there are three (3) consecutive no-shows or late cancellations/rescheduling of appointments not within the required 24 hrs notice, no further appointments will be scheduled for you.  You will be held responsible for outstanding payment for the missed appointments.​
